In a broadcast that may have set a new standard for tastelessness, the syndicated tabloid television program "A Current Affair" interviewed Gennifer Flowers last week about the affair she says she had with Gov. After a moment, Mr. Buchanan heads down another aisle and buys a ticket for the New Hampshire lottery. Again, photographers and television crews cluster eagerly, as he holds up the ticket and half-eaten slice of pizza.
