Selznick- International announced today that Maude Adams had signed a contract with the studio to star in a picture to be made in the Autumn. The actress came to Hollywood some weeks ago and made a series of screen tests with the idea of appearing in "The Young in Heart." The tests were so successful and Miss Adams's enthusiasm for the medium so great that negotiations were Iinstituted which led to today's announcement.
