Ο Ευάγγελος Αβέρωφ-Τοσίτσας (Τρίκαλα, 17 Απριλίου 1910 – Αθήνα, 2 Ιανουαρίου 1990) ήταν Έλληνας πολιτικός και συγγραφέας.
Διετέλεσε πρόεδρος της Νέας Δημοκρατίας και αρχηγός της Αξιωματικής Αντιπολίτευσης (1981–1984), υπουργός Εθνικής Άμυνας (1974–1981) και υπουργός Εξωτερικών (1956–1963).

Although it has not been officially announced it is likely that Anton Wittek will be the choice for concert master of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, succeeding Willy Hess, who is to go to Berlin. Mr. Wittek is at present concert master of the Berlin Philharmonic.
